  • one cup of pear juice
  • 2-3 frozen bananas
  • frozen pineapple pieces
  • frozen mangoes
  • frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground chia seeds
  • sprinkle of turmeric
  • few slices of carrots
  • one kale leaf chopped
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice (one whole lemon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder (sour berry from India)
